No Affiliation With ABA, ACGME, ASA, or Other Organizations
PulsePrep is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the American Board of Anesthesiology, the ACGME, ASA, or any certifying, accrediting, or professional organization unless expressly stated in writing.
Any references to ABA-style, board-style, ACGME-style, milestone-aligned, BASIC, ADVANCED, APPLIED, SOE, OSCE, ITE, or program-readiness preparation are for educational description only and do not indicate endorsement, sponsorship, approval, or official status.
No Guarantee of Results
PulsePrep does not guarantee examination performance, board passage, clinical competency, promotion, graduation, credentialing, employment, remediation success, or any other educational or professional outcome.
PulsePrep may provide practice tools, analytics, scoring, feedback, and performance reports, but these are educational tools only and should be interpreted in context.
Pass Guarantee Access Extension
PulsePrep may offer a Pass Guarantee access-extension benefit for eligible annual subscription plans. This benefit is available only to users who purchased an eligible annual plan and who submit proof of an unsuccessful attempt at the BASIC, ADVANCED, or APPLIED examination during the applicable subscription period.
If approved by PulsePrep, the user's access may be extended at no additional cost according to the Pass Guarantee terms in effect at the time of purchase. This benefit applies only to continued platform access and does not constitute a guarantee of examination success, examination performance, board passage, clinical competency, promotion, graduation, credentialing, employment, or any other educational or professional outcome.
PulsePrep may require reasonable documentation of the examination attempt and may deny an extension request if the user is not on an eligible plan, does not provide adequate proof, violates these Terms, or otherwise does not meet the published eligibility requirements.

Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
PulsePrep offers monthly, annual, individual, and institutional subscription plans. Prices, features, and access levels may vary by plan.
For monthly subscriptions, the payment card on file will be charged on the subscription start date and then automatically charged on the same calendar date of each monthly billing cycle unless the subscription is canceled before the next billing date. For example, if a user subscribes on October 20, the next monthly billing date will be November 20.
Users may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. If a monthly subscription is canceled, the user will retain access through the end of the current paid billing period and will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
Payments already charged are non-refundable, including monthly subscription charges and annual subscription charges, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by PulsePrep.
Annual plans are billed upfront for the applicable subscription year. Annual subscriptions do not include prorated refunds for partial use or early cancellation unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by PulsePrep.

Institutional use may be governed by a separate written agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed institutional agreement, the signed institutional agreement controls for that institution.
